Clinic Policies
These policies help respect your time, my time, and the calm, focused space I aim to provide.
*Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so that I have the opportunity to offer the space to someone else. A few weeks is preferable to a few days.
*There is a strict fee of R500 for any changes or cancellations (for any reason) with less than 48 hours notice. A payment link will automatically be sent.
*Same day cancellations or missed appointments (for any reason) will be billed the full treatment fee. A payment link will automatically be sent.
* Reminders will be sent one week, three days and the day of your appointment.
* Please try your best to be on time as this will affect the duration of your treatment.
* I use the time before your appointment to prepare, I will be ready for you at the exact time of your booking. My door will be open when I am ready and you’re welcome to come in then.
These policies apply to every booking and are upheld without exception.

Once you arrive at Langhams:
At the Google Maps/Waze point, drive a little further into Langhams ahead of you.
Once inside drive down the left side of the Estate. After the boom park in any non-covered parking bay. You’ll find me on the ground floor of the Health Hub Building
